Sheldon museum of art rebrand

For the visual identity of the Sheldon Museum of Art, I focused on their goal to inspire people through a visual experience. For the logo design, I chose to use cream and burnt orange colors. I felt that the slightly bolder color draws attention and emulated the museum’s goal. The logo itself has a frame reminiscent of a piece of art surrounding an “S” made up of geometric shapes. I felt this was a playful way to represent the letter, bringing in some abstract elements as a nod to the artwork showcased in the museum.
